These flights usually operate only twice a week in each direction so arguably are particularly susceptible if a crew member become sick in Sydney, given the lack of replacements.

Sheepishly, one has to admit that one's never heard of Guiyang in communist China. even though in its urban area it has a population of more than three million. This flight may well be a charter arranged by a travel agency.
