Shortchanged on points for Accor hotel booked through Qantas Hotels?

I booked an Accor hotel in Australia through Qantas Hotels.

Received 3 Qantas Points per $1.

I thought you were supposed to get 4 points per $1?

FWIW, the only reason I booked through Qantas Hotels was to get a green tier leaf. That didn't credit either, and I had to manually follow up for that.

That's odd. The Qantas Hotels website still advertises 4 points per $1.

It says 3ppd on the Qantas site, so it may not be one of the "selection of" 300 sites in the image you posted above. I note Handwritten is not listed in that link either. Definitely a green tier hotel though.

Certainly seems that way. There's about 360 Accor Hotels in Australia, so I guess there's a bunch that don't offer 4ppd.

So, I contacted the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre to follow up on my missing points. This was the reply:

Our team has reviewed the details of your recent hotel stay. We can confirm that this booking was made under Qantas Hotels and not with ALL Accor. As a result, this stay does not participate in the Accor Live Limitless program.

So, I contacted the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre to follow up on my missing points. This was the reply:

Well that doesn't add up as the offer page clearly says book via Qantas hotels. The QF points for Accor booking via All is a different arrangement/offer.

Exactly. I replied saying as much, and they told me to contact Qantas Hotels.

So, I contacted the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre to follow up on my missing points. This was the reply:

This is absurd given the partnership between QF & ALL.
I am also considering booking a stay through QF to qualify for Green status.
But why bother if I won't enjoy my ALL status benefits (upgrade, bottle of wine etc) and it won't credit to my ALL account?
Might as well stay somewhere else!
Or forget the Green status completely and just earn 50 extra SCs from flying.
The status serves no other purpose and I will struggle to qualify in a 5th category as this has become very difficult for Perth based members.
