I’ve been using the paid version of the seats.aero app for some time without issue until a few months ago when I found that in the ‘filter’ page, the ‘Cabin’ option had stopped responding. This meant I could no longer specify a particular cabin class when searching for reward seat availability.
I contacted seats.aero support but after running through all the usual fault-finding checks they came to the conclusion that there was possibly a bug in the app and later confirmed that I was not the only person experiencing this issue.
Unfortunately the issue has still not been fixed so my question to the AFF community is; has anyone else had the same issue and is it reasonable, considering the cost of the app, to request a suspension of the subscription fee until the issue has been fixed?
