seats.aero cabin class selection option issue.

I’ve been using the paid version of the seats.aero app for some time without issue until a few months ago when I found that in the ‘filter’ page, the ‘Cabin’ option had stopped responding. This meant I could no longer specify a particular cabin class when searching for reward seat availability.
I contacted seats.aero support but after running through all the usual fault-finding checks they came to the conclusion that there was possibly a bug in the app and later confirmed that I was not the only person experiencing this issue.
Unfortunately the issue has still not been fixed so my question to the AFF community is; has anyone else had the same issue and is it reasonable, considering the cost of the app, to request a suspension of the subscription fee until the issue has been fixed?

With a quick test and it appears to be working OK.

I did a test search for BKK-DAD for ±3 days around August 21st filtering for Business. Each of the returned results had business listed, however most had an options listed for other classes as well.

When redoing the search, filtering for economy only all of the returned results had economy listed, however some had a business option also listed.

With that it appears that when filtering for a cabin class, only those results where there was found availability for the selected class will show. But within those results it will show any other classes where they may also be available.
