Seat Selection error - Travel Agent booking

Hi, over the past month or so I haven't been able to "add/update travel agent extras" - particularly the seat selection.

They are booked via a corporate travel agent. It lets me through to select my seats then when I tick the boxes and confirm I get the following message:

Temporary Error


We experienced a temporary error, the form of payment has not been charged, please try again. If the error persists, please contact our Guest Contact Centre to complete the booking for you.



Was working fine previously. I'm not trying to select exit row or other surcharged seats. Have tried in multiple browsers, still no good. Can someone from VA please look in to it?

Same problem here. Booked via Citibank Travel and Amex Travel and got same error.

Yeah got same error too recently but when you call they allocate you quick smart.

This fixed itself up for a while but is back happening again.

I choose my seats (including exit row seats), go to confirm selection & pay and it just takes me back to the start again. Very frustrating - I don't like to call to make these changes. It used to work fine.

I've had it happen to me a few times too. Just call up & get them to allocate the seats you want.

I actually don't have any upcoming bookings, it's just happened to be in the past. Cheers.
