Hi, over the past month or so I haven't been able to "add/update travel agent extras" - particularly the seat selection.
They are booked via a corporate travel agent. It lets me through to select my seats then when I tick the boxes and confirm I get the following message:
Temporary Error
We experienced a temporary error, the form of payment has not been charged, please try again. If the error persists, please contact our Guest Contact Centre to complete the booking for you.
Was working fine previously. I'm not trying to select exit row or other surcharged seats. Have tried in multiple browsers, still no good. Can someone from VA please look in to it?
