Scoot is back to its unpunctual self of a few short months ago (see above) with the Wednesday 19 July 2017 TZ1, the 1230 hours SYD - SIN that took off at 1658 (B788 9V-OFI) likely to arrive at 2322 hours, 257 minutes behind schedule.

Due to the merger between Scoot and Tigerair Singapore, the TZ code has altered to TR as the latter is the air operator's certificate that prevails.

On Saturday 29 July, TR25, the 1200 hours 'high noon' MEL - SIN (B788 9V-OFB) is extremely late with takeoff at 1806. Arrival is predicted for 0013 hours on Sunday 30, 358 minutes late. TR26 had been similarly late into MEL, but the previous flight was on time so something went awry in Singapore.

On Monday 2 October 2017, TR26, the 0115 hours redeye from SIN to MEL (B788 9V-OFB) is again tardy, having become airborne at 0401 hours. Arrival is predicted at 1352, 132 minutes late.

TR1 on Wednesday 4 October, the 1330 hours SYD up to SIN (B788 9V-OFH) was not in the sky until 1701. Resultant arrival is predicted at 2214 hours, 184 minutes late. It had landed in SYD as TR2 more than three hours late, and must have substituted for a defective aircraft as its previous flight from HGH to SIN (TR107) was only 10 minutes or so late arriving SIN at about 0355 hours, yet TR2 is scheduled to dfepart SIN at 0145: impossible!

Tuesday 17 October has seen TR45, the 2145 hours SYD to SIN (B789 9V-OJC) having taken off post curfew at 2306 hours, so it must have obtained a curfew dispensation. Arrival on 18 October should be at 0431 hours, 71 minutes late.

Sunday 5 November 2017 sees TR19, the 1215 hours lunchtime MEL - SIN (B788 9V-OFA) taking off at 1441, so it will be at least 100 minutes late into the Lion City.

On Tuesday 22 November, the 1015 hours SIN down to SYD, TR12, was airborne at 1107; arrival tonight should be at approximately 2132 hours, 37 late.
