SC on flight AA NY-Dallas-Seattle?

... I found $745 flight to St Luis which give 240SC on return. It's only 2,5 hour one way.
Just make sure each segment books into one of A, P or F classes.Only these are eligible for First Class SC's. Any segment that does not will have lesser earnings (if any).

On the subject of Seattle and mileage earning, does anyone have experience with how QF measures LHR-SEA? Great Circle Mapper lists the flight as exactly 4800 miles, just one mile shy of a whole 20 SCs more on a DONE4. (The oneworld planner says it's 7707kms or 4788 miles.)
