Yes it was 44 degrees Celsius when I hopped into my car to drive home. Perth has some hot dry weather and folks without air conditioners would be having trouble sleeping.

That was Adelaide in November and December. Awful. But January - Feb has been mild - mostly between 30 - 36 and this week outright cool. About to change Monday though.

I bit the bullet and ordered the smallest model of these spiral dough mixers on Friday - my little Kenwood has been struggling with the amount of dough I have been making and I've never been able to produce a "clear" dough with it. It has done the job for pizza but it doesn't cut it for bread. (hand kneading 2-4kgs of dough is beyond me)

Do any AFFers regularly bake bread? (I want to better utilise the retained heat in my WFO)

My bank has been struggling with the amount:):) of dough I have been making. Seriously, I make bread, enjoy doing it and the product is pretty good.
