QF Double Status Credits February 2026 Promo

Ended up getting CBR-SYD-BKK in J for the NY period at the end of the year. Was it the best DSC... prob not, nor the best price, but it is for NY, it is in J and will net me 580SCs. That will pretty much keep me in Gold til July 2028 and be about 2000 SC's short of LTG. I do want to hit LTG though before its enhanced.... Although the latest changes seem to leave it alone, which probably means any further enhancements are potentially 5 years away. I'll have it by then.

If the PNR was allocated before the payment you will hopefully be ok.

Booked using an old flight credit prior to midnight last night (previously refunded to voucher before 24th Feb), and noticed that the PNR of the new booking remains the same.

Here is what Terms and Conditions say about converting flight credits:



A couple of questions:

1. Should this credit correctly, noting no PNR change?
2. Would we expect change in cabin class to affect eligibility, noting international flight (so needs to be done via call centre)?

If it doesn’t credit automatically you can chase it up after the time in the T&Cs have elapsed after your flights. Keep your e-ticket that shows you booked during the window and proof of when your flight credit was issued if you have that too.

In past DSC promos flight credits issued before the start of the DSC booking window were not eligible. As the DSC bot uses PNR date and Travel date to determine eligiblity.

Also I don't think the they can actually deny DSC for credits created after 24th Feb and redeemed before 2nd March. If you registered for DSC on 24th Feb, bought a fully flex ticket on 25th Feb, cancelled that to credit on 26th Feb and then used it book another flight on 28th Feb there should be no reason this isnt eligible as all purchases were made in the DSC promo window.

Same happened to me for CNS-BNE-ADL-PER CR-J. Points were reduced on the purchase page with a little notification at the top saying so.

Has happened on occasions for a few years now. Not that often but I've seen it a few times over the years.
