The Charles Bridge is incorrect and as Airwin said they are all in Germany.

Actually I though it was a much more 'earthy' shortening of a phrase.

The bridge is below a large fortress. The other memorial commemorates an initially successful robbery.

Here is another view of the bridge, and associated city, from 'above'.
