Hello All,
Last Sunday on my Qantas flight from MEL to SYD I put in for a request to business class as it was a Airbus 330 and I wanted to travel on it, the upgrade fairy sent me a message and said enjoy your flight. About a two hours before the flight I got call from Qantas telling me due to a aircraft charge, I had to move to a later flight and i couldn't travel in business
. Anyhow it's over a week now and the points have not been returned yet. Is this normal? I called the 131313 number and was advised that I had to send my boarding pass and ticket.... Is they a better way other than snail post...
Why should I have to do the running around as it was Qantas who was unable to provide my upgrade. Can't the system see that I didn't travel in business.
Any ideas how to get the points back?
