Red Energy referral 15,000 QF points [now 7,000 or $100]

HEADS UP!!

I checked my Red Enegy account last night after posting on here. There was an option to "Switch to a Cheaper Plan" and this cheaper plan was basically the same rates I was on before the July'25 price increase notice. The only difference was the Soalr FiT had dropped from 7c to 4c/kwh, all other rates remained the same. I made the change and overnight have received the confirmation email.

So essentially I'm staying on the same rates but with less Solar FiT - perhaps they've realised the backlash? Hopefully not a stuff up on their part.

The rates that I moved to were cheaper than Red's before the price rise and my solar FIT is 4.4c/kWh (I think).
