Looks like whatever is old goes to $2.99, and they will be re-evaluating how much sells at the lower price without all the advertising. Bought the last of my locals salsa's at $2.99 last trip but noticed it wasn't advertised (the lower price) until I did the second run.

Well done.

If they take into account the fire sale figures, it should only be that they were priced too high in the first place, not that they're popular.

Samosas $5.99 at the 2 Woolies nearest to me.

That's what it said in the freezer for me too, but at the checkout there's a $3 discount to each pack... unfortunately, I went to two of the closest Woolies to me and only found one pack :(

Only 3 packs of the pizza kits at my Woolies this afternoon and all 3 had ripped packaging..

Thanks samh004. I went back down this arvo and got 14 packs of the samosas (all they had) at the 2 Woolies. Is the chilli also reduced at checkout to $2.99 because one of the stores had a lot, the other had none.

Possible, I hadn't considered hosting "Meet a Moderator"... ;)

Meet the Moderators LOL, maybe Japanese at the pines is the go! Back on subject, if the baby food gets up tonight I look forward to your feedback

Lol.. I doubt they would choose baby food as the market for it is quite limited. Do you know what the other choices are?

I'm looking forward to trying Rebecca's Quinoa baby food. That said, Rosie's gluten free biscuits look good too and I know the gluten free market is heating up!

Nice packaging and for once (at least at my local) they were on display right at the front.

At 8 to a pack for $5.99 they don't seem bad value, but they're basically just meringue. Very sweet too, as you'd expect. I like the almond flavour, but there's not much more to it.

On the plus side they've done well to keep it so light and crunchy when biting into it.

Plus, they don't look anything like what I saw on TV...

My local Woolies must have lots of RtR fans (or AFFs ), I was willing to pay full price to try the Samosas but they were sold out in the 1st week! Went looking for other $2.99 RtR freezer goodies today and couldn't find a thing!

Man food next week. Meat pies with a 'champion filling', meatballs and ribs with a jerk sauce.

Bring on the NPPP competitors is what I say ;)

I would have thought the market was pretty much saturated in the pie and meatball market.

The pizza kits are now down to $3.79, and Spring Hill still has samosas at $2.99.
