I wonder if they are referring to the things you can order in the cafe area. I suppose that is technically al a carte dining then. On my first visit to the lounge they had restaurant style items you could order in the upstairs dining area. Last visit there it was just buffet. Suspect this "enhancement" coincided with the opening of the QR F lounge.
