QR J from Middle East to Perth for ~$3,500 return

Qatar Airways has J fares available from Sharjah, UAE (not far from Dubai) to Perth for around $3.5k return.

The short connecting flight between SHJ and DOH books into F. I believe this means you'd also get F lounge access in DOH on the return leg. (Edit: Possibly not as it's a Business Lite fare, but you can upgrade to a Business Classic fare that does include lounge for only a bit more according to @RooFlyer)

QR flies the A380 to/from Perth.

I believe this means you'd also get F lounge access in DOH on the return leg.

I tried to replicate that routing/pricing and for the price I could only choose Business Lite which doesn't get any lounge access (and you pay for seat selection). Otherwise, yes, you could use the F lounge both ways.

Lounge included Business Classic wasn't too much more.
