QFF points earn from Kogan

Received an Email from Kogan offering 10pts per $ from Kogan. BUT also noticed that Kogan are no longer listed on the Qantas OnlineMall.

I guess there was some sort of falling out between QF and Kogan and this is Kogans attempt at clearing out the liability ?

Must have happened this morning or something as Kogan was definitely there on Saturday (just checked the Google cache). Not such a bad thing though. Before you could only get 3 points/$ (2 through the mall and 1 with Kogan directly)

You now have to sign up for a Kogan account then add your QFF number to your profile. I bought a couple of things to get the points but wouldn’t bother at 1 point per $ normally.

Strange happenings again. Kogan appears in the list of shops on the homepage of the onlinemall, however clicking on them simply returns to the onlinemall homepage. And when you click on the link to "All shops" they do not appear on this list

There's another way to earn QFF points with Kogan which doesn't require use of the Online Mall: Sign up for a Kogan account, then go to My Account > Qantas Frequent Flyer and enter your surname/QFF number.

Upsides: Less chance of points not crediting due to browser/cookie problems, points post faster (in my experience)
Downsides: Another set of T&C to agree to, trusting Kogan with your QFF number (less of an issue now Qantas has 2FA but still)

I did a search for Kogan in the Online Mall. It returned 2 links, 1 worked, 1 didn't

I just purchased on Kogan today and entered my QFF number - $300 purchase which i was about to make anyway gives 3000pts plus 600 amex explorer. Ends on 2/5 apparently so yes a good deal and possibly a clearout of points? Stacks with $30 off $120 purchase voucher too...

I have received QFF points from Kogan purchases (using QFF account stored with Kogan, not a Qantas Mall click-through) in the past, but it may have been well over a month before the points were received.

Yes, was a little concerned with kogan/Qantas partnership.

- received the 10 points per dollar email on 30April, purchased a kogan tv on the same day (had been procrastinating for ages over second tv for the sitting room), emailled kogan "send a question" on 25April re how do I get the points,, points awarded on monday 28may. $799 x 10 so 7990 added to our points total - thanks kogan/qantas.

Sending of email and subsequent result may have been coincidental.....

It took 2 months for me to receive points from Kogan when I bought something earlier this year. By that time, I had completely forgot about the original purchase so it was a nice surprise. I took advantage of the 10 ppd offer but yet to receive points.

I ordered an item on 30 Apr (during the 10 ppd promo) and my points arrived on 28 May - exactly four weeks later. I entered my QFF number on my Kogan profile, rather than using the Qantas Mall.
