QFF Points/Credits when flying MH

On Feb 1 I did a KL - Penang return in J quoting QFF Plat number - surprisingly( as Feb 1 was first day for MH in OW) my QFF account was credited for both sectors within 1 week. Feb 19 MH Syd to KUL then a few days later to Mum then KUL then Syd - no account credit yet despite several emails - only a note on QFF that poijts were already credited on another FF scheme (which they aren't) - any ideas as I don't seem to be making progress ??

There are issues, I have had to send boarding passes etc, still waiting for a response from mid Feb.

Two domestic MH flights mid-March. One credited to QF, one to AA. Neither have hit yet.

Last week I faxed (not emailed as this has serious issues everytime I try to send QFF email it is not received) the boarding passes and my MH e-ticket and I received a call back 2-3 days later that flights are being credited including the double points.

She also apologised that she could not yet credit the flights on 20 April.

Flew on Feb 21, claimed missing points on the QF website 2 weeks after that, got the points and SCs two days after that.

got the points for 7 trips after emailing boarding passes to QFF - but they credited points on the basis of discount economy not business as per boarding passes !

In my experience, the description will say discount economy, but the actual SC will be correct for business.

Do the Sc credits reflect discount economy or business?

Is there any consistency to when MH flights credit in terms of timing now?

Do you receive SC's & points on any MH flight? Jnr did 2 flights BKI-KUL and KUL-REP a couple of weeks ago. The QFF number was entered in the bookings, but no SC's or points for these flights in the FF account to date.

Were they in z class?

Did 4 flights in January (Z class) and all credited to QFF in a few days.

The issue with Z class seems to have been fixed months ago. My last batch were even described as 'business' and not 'discount economy'. As for timing of the posts, over January/February they were tending to post in batches on Monday nights, usually the Monday following the flight.

Other people might have a better way than the tedious way I use; but first calculate miles flown using great circle map
then look up the points accural page on the QF website: Frequent Flyer - Earning Points - Fly - Airline Partners
then for SC look up the status page on the QF website: Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Status Credits

As for points...don't hold your breath. I got more points doing my weekly groceries and a QF FF credit card
