It seems to be a hang over from the last big update that occurred a few weeks back and the subsequent stuff ups that created.
They are telling me that IT is aware of it and have been trying to fix it for some time now bit cant say how much longer that will be.
According to the plat line this and many other issues are being considered secondary and very low priority with many major issues still not being resolved since the last update around account details security and posting of points along with the incorrect showing of points requirements with indirect flights.
They are so busy trying to get the website back to where it should they have no idea when these secondary issues will even be looked it could be weeks or months.
