There were reports from several months ago of special menues/plates of food being handed around the MEL/SYD international Business lounges.

Well I can confirm the food options at the QF J lounge in SIN tonight are very ordinary indeed. The lounge is crowded and even the cheese platter is sparse pickings. So I am off to present my Diners Club card at the empty SATS lounge next door where I expect to find some nice noodles, dim sum, and other Asian-inspired dishes (and JWB instead of JWR).
