QF Flounge: Does anyone know when the menu changes?

A few changes in my bookings in the past week - first QF8 on 12 March BNE SYD became a 3 class plane; then both QF 7 & 8 for my May US trip changed, & then this week QF 11 for the 12th as well.

Of course, I always knew changes were afoot for QF7 & 8, so enjoyed the J & F seats :D while they were available as a bonus for us.

I'll just miss you Storyteller as I'm on QF 31 on Monday. Will no doubt see your 747 through the windows.
Fingers crossed 31 hasn't been subbed yet ;)

Yes, I noticed that too. If I board late I may pass you on the Flounge escalator.
I'll try not to have the last glass of the Billycart. ;)

Can I please ask a newbie F lounge question for Melbourne?

From reading I believe breakfast menu ends at 11am. Does that mean I cannot order any of the "anytime" items on the menu until 12pm?

I am arriving in Melb from Perth at 6:30am and fly out at 11:45am and wouldn't mind sampling some F lounge samples such as the salt and paper squid!

Breakfast menu IME is usually available till midday, the 'all-day' menu from midday on, but I have seen some crossover items in the past, where some 'all-day' items are available from 1100.

If you look at the Summer menu here, you will notice a large section bottom left on the breakfast menu that says "Available from 11AM" - in this example it is blank, but I have seen it populated in the lounge before with a limited selection of the all-day menu items (and of course, the menu has changed to Autumn now).

Gotta say though, if you actually fly out at 1145 ((~1105 boarding) I don't think you'll be able to sample any of the all-day menu. :(

Really easy, when writing a post above the keyboard there are advanced options, the first one is camera :)

Thanks for that. I hadn't even really seen the advanced options before. I will give it a go tomorrow.

I had the Carpaccio followed by the Thai soup, both were interesting and I was quite full afterwards.

I had the Salt and Pepper squid (I always have this), the chicken breast curry (very tasty) and the pavlova in a glass (very yum).

now to decide what to have! Not easy...

For tomorrow night I am thinking:
Entree - Figs, roquefort and jamon - brilliant combination with sweet figs (had a fig and pancetta pizza last night)
Main - Maybe the chicken curry, just so I can also try the pulled wagyu sandwich
Dessert - damm the pav looks good, although the brownie special is tempting.

The wines are more difficult
Whites - love the squealing pig but have half a case, the rockford semillion looks attractive, the rose (alicante bouchet) has mixed reviews
Reds - have some of the coldstream, generally go for the torbreck shiraz - any other recommendations?
