Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I contacted QF today re my flight from BOM to SYD on 29 May - absolutley no change whatsoever, still a nonstop service !

That last KA flight is actually operated by Air China so I'd rather not get slugged with that (not points earning for one).

I'll just hope for the best. Should the QF flight be late and I miss it, it's their problem to fix it up.
Oops - the current 7:30pm KA flight changes to a 7:00pm departure later in the year. This change obviously occurs before your planned travel.

I guess if you did end up on the 8pm Air China flight you could always apply for credit of miles / SC based on original routing.

re QF changes to /from Mumbai , according to the QF website changes occur mid-May ,no mention of June

Quite correct, it does state mid-May.

Might be a case of marketing getting ahead of reality (again).

Near the bottom of the media release is this:

Note: New Zealand and Mumbai changes subject to regulatory approval.

So perhaps they're waiting for that approval (for Mumbai at least) before going ahead with timetable/schedule changes? Just speculating.
