QF Double Status Credits February 2026 Promo

I booked an award flight in Y Syd to Akl during this promo...as Points Club member, I get 15 SCs and another 15SCs with this double SC promo. I had to change to another flight (same PNR) as my original flight was delayed more than 3 hours and I was at risk of missing my return Akl to Syd flight (separate ticket). Do you think I would automatically get the double 15SCs above or will I have to chase Qf? Thanks

If the PNR remained the same, and the travel is within the validity period then you should get DSC without chasing QF.

The double SCs posted automatically :)

I am expecting DSCs from recent flights under this late Feb/early March promo.

I flew DRW-SYD-HBA on June 30 and then HBA-SYD-DRW on July 6. Any suggestions/opinions on when the bonus SCs will come through and if/when/how I should contact qantas about them if they aren't coming through?

My recent run had the DSCs come through about a day after each booking ended (they were back to back days of flying so could also have been about a day after the respective flights completed).

So the flights I did on Saturday had the DSC post on Sunday and the Sunday flights posted on Monday.

Given your trip just ended I'd wait at least a few days to see, then technically they can take 8 weeks to post.

So I got my DSCs from the July 6 flights today but still nothing from the June 30 flights so I called today and their records showed me buying the ticket on December 2, 2025 instead of March 1! Then the call cut off because Telstra (twice), so I need to call again tomorrow and hopefully sort it out

Did you use a gift voucher or flight credit towards the payment?
Does that make a difference? I have been hesitating to ask because I know some folk get tired of the “double status credits” questions but I registered, booked a return biz flight during the promo dates to Tokyo via Syd out on 8th and return on 13th March. No double status credits …

Does that make a difference?

Yes, because of how Qantas implements GVs and flight credits. They are effectively empty bookings containing a credit value.

This causes a problem as the booking creation date can then correspond to the flight credit or GV creation date, rather than when the voucher credit was used to book a flight (what most people would logically expect). Depending on when the GV or flight credit was created, this can make the booking appear ineligible for the promotion.

Thank you @sudoer yes that's it! I'd completely forgotten I'd used some flight credit when booking the flight. Hopefully that helps me sort it out 🤞

Check the DSC T&C, I think you can send your e-ticket (which would be dated within the promo window) and a copy of your DSC registration email to the FF email address, and likely get them credited. If you don't hear back by email after a week, call to chase.
