Ugh, just got another work trip cleared - too late for DSC. It would have gotten me to platinum for the first time!

Just to confirm, had flights booked on and also flown on 25/2/19; DSCs just posted today!
Confirming the DSC for my flight on the 25 Feb has also posted.
It appears the UTC registration bug is no longer an issue as I registered for the promotion prior to 11:00am AEDT.

Hi All,

I'm about to board flight to Singapore which, with the help of DSC, should tip me over to WP for the first time. (I'm cheering wildly on the inside!). In the case that the DSC come through by my return on Friday, is there any benefits of WP above SG in Singapore atm, understanding that a premium lounge is being constructed and should open later this year. Carry on luggage only btw.
Thanks, Mike

not really except the extra points bonus for Plat over Gold but yeah in Singapore it's the QF lounge either way (or BA). I suppose if you are going for an upgrade too it would help.

It's quite likely the DSC will post by then though but don't expect it as given.

Enjoy your flight.

As of this evening, flights on the 25th have posted DSC's, however flights from the 28th and 1st March have yet to.

Any Qantas marketed and operated flight that would normally earn status credits would have been eligible.

Mmmm, thanks. My fight was booked on Feb 21st and I flew to Perth on Feb 26th and back on Feb 27th, so I make it that I should have got DSC, but I haven't. I think I will follow up with QANTAS on this.

had you registered for the offer?

I had seven flights last week. All have now credited DSC's. Mind you, I'm still waiting on some from January....:(

Thanks RichardMEL.
I know there is a group of seats reserved for WP or above on the left as you walk in which I have assumed is just to ensure you get a seat during busy times but do you get offered anything special? Also, as WP, can access either BA or EK what would you recommend?

I believe you'll find that they are for First Class and P1/Cl. Do not think WP cuts the mustard....

I'd recommend EK which is only a short walk away...

Bugger. Oh well. SIN QF Lounge is pretty good and they make a great Laksa

Just checked on the Oneworld website and both Sapphire and Emerald can access the SIN BA Lounge and Concorde Bar or EK lounge (thanks AIRwin) in Terminal 1 (and Cathay in Terminal 4). Probably should have tried them all out by now but might give one of them a go later this week. Cheers, Mike
