Hi everyone, I am one step away from booking PER-DXB-LHR-PER in J on QF flight numbers in September...the $$ for this was about 9k a week or so ago, but I have found the flights I want for this itinerary at just over 7k today. Obviously this is a nice saving- is it possible that this is the rationalised price due to J fares with EK finally being aligned?

What's everyone's opinion on the value here?

Can you put it on hold??

FWIW I think its about as low as you will get it, of course if I say that I will subsequently be proved wrong by a sale :)

I think 7k is expensive for a J ticket out of PER but it's probably on the lower end of what QF will charge. You can easily/usually get J tickets with other airlines for under 6k.

Hi MH fan, i think your points ring true; sadly for us QF die-hards :p
Do need the stopover in DXB on this trip though, so I think (failing markis' sale eventuating...) this is the lowest for this routing...Emirates is no longer cheaper either...
Thanks you two- decision made- going with this fare. Whatever you do- don't mention the next J sale (with apologies to fawlty towers!! )
