Yes, I did too. Looks like a standard mail shot to all members.
 
Well I went one better on the Barossa Valley specials - an email to QFF with a copy to Stephanie Tully:

Having just received this EpiQure email, I was very interested in purchasing the Wolf Blass pictured (having just purchased the Peter Lehmann Cabernet next to it). Yet when I click through, the landing page states:

"Sorry', but.. It looks like you're a bit late for this offer. Not to worry, we've got a full cellar selection of fine wines at great prices".

We all have screen shots of the page and has been posted on AFF, so there are already a number of disgruntled people who have attempted to purchase.

Now as you know, perception equals reality in the retail and marketing world, therefore to me (perhaps many already on AFF), this smacks of a "bait and switch" marketing campaign and will hurt the Qantas, Qantas Loyalty and EpiQure brands - something I am sure you want to go out of your way to protect.

I have placed a call to EpiQure where Michelle noted I was already her second caller and she has urgently involved her Supervisor. To Michelle's credit, she has already rung me back to explain the process they have undertaken and has advised she will get back to me.

Let's see what happens with their service recovery...
 
Given its Wednesday and Thursday seems to often be the Epiqure day, I suspect a case of premature publication is to blame.

Agree about questionable value. One of my favourites, RSW Shiraz $75 on epiQure, $56 at Dan's - points aren't worth that much. Prices at epiQure seem to have risen across the board, in some cases substantially.

Agree - it is hit and miss.

Sometimes the Epiqure pricing is attractive, and at other times Dan's blow them out of the water (even taking into account the bonus points).

The mettle of an organisation is the service recovery, which appears to have culminated with a much more appropriate landing page now. That was quick – kudos to the team.

My shopping is done ;). Grant Burge & Peter Lehmann reds added to my clients drinking selection - $401.82 netting 5,206 points (1,206 standard and 4,000 bonus points). Next JASA should be a return :D

I don't think it was just a linking error, when I searched the individual wines earlier they no longer had the bonus points attached.
