Qantas Wine - Bad and unreliable service

Was sent incorrect 6 bottles of wine.
Was told I needed to return it to get my money back. (I’m not wasting my time running around fixing their mistake)

Then was told I needed to pay the difference for incorrect product (difference is something like $50).

The audacity of this company is unbelievable
Never again.

@BrushedGold do a chargeback on your credit card if what you ordered is not what you received. Tell QF Wine you are doing this any it might help them change their mind.

Was that the first time you used QF Wine? IME, it’s quite unusual to get the totally wrong delivery. That’s never happened to me nor SYD+1 and we’ve order a LOT over the years.

Did you actually get the correct box ie your name/address? AusPost usually have a seperate van just delivering wine (in our area) - perhaps they drop off the wrong one and there’s someone else equally cranky.

Also, double check the email confirmation for the order (should also show online under your QF Wine account) and confirm that’s what your ordered but different to what was delivered, then go down the chargeback path.

Second time I’ve used them.
Correctly addressed to me.
Confirmation of wine on account is different from what was delivered.
