Just tried to access my account via the website and I got the message that my login details weren't recognised and eventually got locked out for 5 minutes after trying unsuccessfully a couple of times. Is anybody else experiencing this? Worried that I may have got hacked and my account changed.
 
I was able to login (very slow though), then the summary of points earned didn't load (with a message "We're unable to retrieve your status details") but I was able to manage my bookings, then return and all functionality returned.
I didn't get any messages about details not recognised though, so it may be worth looking into that..?

Had the exact same experience just now when trying to login using my usual browser & PC...
 
I just tried as well. Slow to login. Little message popped up saying that it couldn't retrieve status information at the moment and my activity statement was unavailable. Probably worth a call though if you are worried about your login details.
 
Called the Frequent Flyer Centre and they said they aren't able to log onto any accounts at the moment and said to wait for 20 minutes before trying again.
 
same here

Tried a few times with my password.. i know it it been working for past 3 years and its now locked me out
 
"Pleased" (you know what I mean) to hear other people are having troubles - been trying to make a booking but keep getting details don't match error messages.
 
Yep, I'm having the same problem as the OP - Android app not working either.

School holidays started here in QLD today - not sure about NSW or other states.

Seems to work ok for me now on the full website on a normal PC - just logged on and points balance and status all showing correctly.
 
There's definitely a problem with the site, I'm getting the following message:

'An error has occurred while trying to access your Activity Statement. We apologize for the inconvenience.'
 
There is certainly a problem. Tried logging in twice with correct details - its saying incorrect login details and that the website is unavailable due to maintenance. Might try again once it seems all clear, otherwise I'll be out of even correct login attempts

There is an issue currently with the QF Phone system that does not recognise FF Numbers and is causing Status to not be recognised and the premium line thus does not work and all people are put into the standard Que with no priority. This is also apparently creating issues with the website functionality.

Yes certainly an issue with the phone line too. Hung up after waiting for 20 minutes. Ordinarily I get through after one minute, max five minutes.

Given the previously reported problems, you'd have to question whether this maintenance is planned.

More likely explanation via eastwest101: schoolkids on holidays and they've left candycrush running on the Production server.
