I was looking at the current Qantas sale, SYD to LAX with a stop over on the way back via HNL. I called Qantas customer care to enquire about stopping over in Hawaii and was advised by an Ian that no stop overs are allowed on this route under this sale. I pointed out it is clearly a "Business Sale ticket" and the conditions clearly say stopover allowed, first one free. And I do know this route is classed as a stop over from previous holidays. He said there is no stopover allowed on this sale. If this is the case Qantas should change the sale conditions as its misleading and wrong. I am just wondering how this can be allowed when its within the terms of the ticket?
