Qantas Sales over Xmas

Do Qantas ever have sale fares over the Xmas/NY period. Am looking to to go to a Singapore from Sydney for 2 weeks leaving 18/12/2014?

For mine, the phrase "As Scarce as Hen's Teeth" comes ...

It's one of the peak periods with flights generally very full - very little discounting occurs from the middle of December throught he first week of January. In fact, prices tend to increase.

Hardly ever.

We were checking flights SYD-BKK last year and every week from July on the flights were getting dearer on all airlines.

Book now on the BA Y+ product

BA Y+ is the same price as QF Y. Would have booked it myself but I needed a MH connection at SIN and the BA flight arrives a bit late for it.

Funny enough, I was trying to find reasonable airfares to HK from BNE during the new year period using skyscanner, and by chance found fairly cheap fares departing from the 29th Dec onwards.

Most direct flights were $1500+ return during most of Dec and Jan, but for some reason Qantas had fares of $1000 return...

I would suggest trying a few different dates.
