Qantas Red Planet

I was just thinking it had been a while since I had seen a survey, and there Project Gear was in my inbox tonight.

I am not so sure about the first question:View attachment 124495 I was screened out, I suspect, when I chose not to tick the last box.
I didn’t check the last one either or most of the others and got through so not sure.Though mine wasn’t Project gear. Must have been run by the same company.

I haven't flown Qantas for a couple of years but today I was invited to be a part of this. Seems to be targeting my age bracket (borderline old cough). I'll see if it's worth it. 150 points to sign up. Carrot of 700K points dangled. Chance of ever winning = 0 (or close enough).

Just got an invite, is it worth going for it?

I got the same one. You get 150 points for telling them about yourself (how many cars, approx wage, which bank you use etc) which seems a little crazy.

Assuming each point is worth 1c (which is roughly what I value them at) they're giving you $1.50 for handing over a whole lot of info about yourself and I guess it's up to you to decide. For now, I'll stay enroled (and see what the first real survey is like) but I'm so far much happier doing the Jetstar surveys and even though you don't get anything for it they aren't creepy and you find out about new products etc a few months before they launch.

Me too, and my partner and two colleagues.

I take it everyone else also stopped getting points the next day since the Great Website Enhancement last week? Im owed a few hundred that havent posted since the 3rd.

Project Story emailed me twice about it - but screened out after 2 questions. Easy 15 points.

Then Project Help about business telecommunications. Was waaay longer than 15 mins but persevered to get 200 points.

Yeh, i have found that from several surveys they are way longer than the Approx time listed. I have sometimes put that in the feedback at the end but i doubt anything ever comes of it.

Just got another one for Money. Trying to get a lot of personal financial data on bank accounts, CC's, mortgages, insurance, health insurance etc. Of course I refused to supply $ amounts but still got to the end. 10 mins was correct. 150 points posted straight away

You are getting points in your QF account.
I haven't got any since the 3rd.
Only activity since then has been Qantas cash.

Technically Red Planet says it can take up to 10 days to credit. So can't complain about it yet.
