Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Tried to do a survey and completed approx 15+ questions which I thought was the whole thing. Got asked a few questions about myself. Selected Male and got kicked out!

That was annoying.

I feel that I am getting offers to do surveys everyday

Interesting that the frequency can be so high. My RP surveys peaked at 2/6 in June, while July was 1/2 and Aug is 0/0 so far.

Not that I mind. e-Rewards is capable of generating 24,000 Velocity Points per year (limited by only being able to redeem 2,000 every 30-day period). RP has provided less than 4,000 in two years.

Managed to complete Project Fishing today... Asked whether I'd been fishing in the last 12mths and I was in... Too bad it didn't ask where I'd been fishing (which was in Europe) 150pts to me.

As do I, but probably only make it through it 33% of the time.

How's your success rate?

my success rate is less than 10% currently

Interested in these comments, so I went back in my Survey History. So far in August I'm up to 5, but 0% success rate. I did 8 in July, with only 1/8 (12%) successful completion. Going back to June, I did 13 with 5/13 success (38%). First 5 months show an additional 21 surveys done with only 4 garnering points. So YTD figures are 47 completed for 10 successful completion - woeful 21% success rate. All for 1,650 QFF points.

I'm doing better on eRewards as well. At least partial completion gets me some points there. 2,000 points there in July which gave me 500 AA miles. Keeps my account active and I value them at 3x QFF points. August has me already at 1,650 points so well on my way to another 500 AA miles.

just finished Project Fishing too....first success after 12 rejections!!

project coffee - what have you bought from the supermarket recently, including coffee pods and instant coffee - decided i wasn't interested so didn't select either of those, but c'mon - leading the witness there surely!

Just received the same email. I was poised to stop bothering altogether.
by my reckoning, I would have made over 150 points in the last couple of months, from incomplete surveys.

Yes got the email as well. 15 points is woefully inadequate so I won't be hanging my hat on them. Better a small enhancement than nothing at all (or the usual negative enhancement)

I'll bet some of the feedback they've been getting hasn't been complimentary and would be interesting to see the loss of membership (numbers) that made them sit up and take notice

I wonder if any of the survey participants would/could use the 15 points to keep their QFF points from expiring?

Just wandering
