Qantas double status credits: Register & book between 12-18 March 2025

QF did 2 DSC promos last year. I think there’s a good chance they will do at least two again this year. Maybe not till after the July school holidays though.

Hope so! I have a long haul J flight to book for March/April 2026 - it was outside the fly window for the Mar 2025 DSC offer. So I am definitely waiting until much closer to the flights to book, JIC.

On the flight credit / GV issues over the last day or so, you would all likely be receiving these messages in the last little while, if balances exist. Fairly safe to say it wasn’t intended, and it’s far more likely to be incompetence rather than conspiracy behind it:

Call them to make the change and it should be fine - I've changed a couple of flights already and have received DSCs for each.

To be fair it’s for Oct 2024 DSC and I just moved dates.

I did some J CR flights last week: CBR-BNE-CNS, then TSV-BNE-SYD-CBR. All normal SCs posted correctly the same day, and the doubles within 24 hours.

If I made the change, will this void my entitlement to the double credit earn?

Flew up to Brisbane a week ago over the long weekend.
Weather was so much nicer then Sydney
SC received pretty well straight away and DSC received within the next day or 2.
Now just have to chase up again the DSC on my ORC claim from my trip to Auckland in April

I changed the start date of the itinerary and the return origin city, and also added a flight. It remained on the same PNR and I've received DSC for the main flights on the original booking. Not sure if I will get double for the leg that I added, though, as that was outside the promo booking window.

Should be OK if on the same PNR, provided the date is within the travel promotion period.
