We had that earlier in the year. There was an issue processing the taxes when changing from a local screening to a foreign film. Called up and fixed. Just happened to be during a USA Sale!Ok, similar thing happened to me for one of my recent DSC trips. I ended up contacting Qantas and advising them that I had the itinerary showing, but had not received the e-ticket. Was all sorted out in a matter of minutes (once I got onto someone, which admittedly didn't take too long). Don't think there was any particular reason for not receiving it in the first instance, but they confirmed over the phone that it had indeed been ticketed.
