What about a diabetic meal?...there is no special meal that guarantees meat protein...
... keeping blood sugars in check.

Pumpkin and broccoli are not holiday foods.Im not diabetic, so i want the dessert, which is fine if you eat protein first, skip bread/pasta/rice.
But a good friend is diabetic and having seen that the bland low protein meal she received that is not the answer. I was amazed how much more processed and carby the diabetic meal was.
Back in the day the Ansett whYd standard breaky of a real egg, beef sausage, bacon, tomato, mushrooms and a hasbrown was great breaky.
Beef/pork/Lamb (as meatballs, curry/stew, steak) and veg (pumpkin/potato, brocoli, cauliflower, zuchini) would be great for Lunch/Dinner. Offer bread roll for the carb obsessed but the pasta/rice is imo empty calories.
Was that the only option?QF825 DRW-BNE:
