You would definitely have got your money's worth then! Especially as you would have had access to all BA's lounges when travelling overseas. I tried to put her in as a new membership just to see what would happen, and I got an error message to say she is already a member LOL I shall give them a call, the site is certainly buggy at the moment.Did she join as part of a corporate membership through her employer? You may need to call QF on this one and if so I'd get it resolved as soon as you can.
