I am an over prepared kind of guy.
On holidays I take a hardback display folder with reservations and receipts for EVERYTHING
all in chronological order of date for use.

Possibly a bit far :) I don't about about a hardback display folder, a bunch of stapled together pages in order to tear off and throw away as I go. But that's when I'm going to 10 to 20 places in a single trip. Otherwise I'm too lazy to bother.

You suffer from OCD as well then?..
I think we all have little things we obsess over.
My Brother was diagnosed with OCD, and as much as we use it as a term to describe being cough about particular things, its much more than that, and often much worse.

You're most likely correct, I remember one holiday my TA gave me a book with all the paperwork for each hotel (road trip so we stayed at many places) and I had the worst time trying to keep everything in order and always felt anxious about losing something.

Too true..

Or you can be like me and print things out before you leave and then lose them a few days into the trip. Luckily I have a good memory.

No problem, Obviously I carry 2X USB sticks with the information on them and have them backed up to GoogleDrive/DropBox, just print them at the hotel lol.

You can tell I have a horrible memory

If your travel is mainly work related, your employer may consider the extra productivity that QP membership gives you worth springing for your membership. If this doesn't work (and it never did for me) you may be able to claim part of your membership costs as a tax deduction. Check with your accountant. Personally I would never be without QP membership. I could do without a lot of other things.
