Qantas Club Membership - accessing AC longues

We will be travelling from Hawaii to LA and onto Vegas will I be able to access Admiral Club lounges in Hawaii and LA with a Qantas Club membership and if so will I be able to take a guest in with me

I have searched websites high and low with no such luck

I think you'll be out of luck with a QP card alone. Try the AAdmiral's Club 30-day membership. $99 for a month with guest privileges. I used one in April as a non-QP NB, and it worked fine.
 
Assuming you are flying AA then Yes for you and a guest, and they will probably give you free drink vouchers. If they don't, ask and you might get lucky. In most AC you will need to pay for fairly much everything so don't expect the same level of free food and drinks as the QP. Some locations also need you to ask for a voucher or login for wifi if you want that, ask for the details at reception.

When travelling with American Airlines, as a Qantas Club member you and a guest are welcome at American Airlines Admirals Club lounges. Simply present your Qantas Club card together with your boarding pass at the lounge reception. Both you and your guest need to be travelling together further that day on a flight marketed and operated by the partner airline whose lounge you wish to visit.
