I want to know if Qantas offer Pyjama for children (8-10 year old) travelling in business class? thanks in advance.

Not to my knowledge, they just come in normal adult sizing (mine show L/XL on the J pj's and M on the First ones).

I usually take size L in F pj's but L in J pj's I found a bit small, so I think S would be OK for kids - with the cuffs rolled up :p.

When my kids (2 & 4) travelled J & F last year, I remember my wife asking in F whether they supplied PJ's for children - pretty sure the answer was no (I was slumming it back in J with my son). He certainly didn't get any :(

No, no kids sized PJ's in J.
The adult ones (even M) are very generously sized. I was advised no small by FA due to no demand.
I'm a size 8-10 and they are on the very generous side.
My advice is BYO
