Can anyone tell me if Biz Class arrivals to Manila ex Syd (QF) get priority immigration?

No they don't: the main benefit of being in J is that you get off the plane before most others and get to immigration first, before the masses arrive.

@Andy Travels you can of course do a few things to help yourself.

As at this moment
Make sure you have completed the eArrivals form eTravel
Have a screenshot of the code on your phone so you are not relying on connecting to internet or wifi on arrival
Have the screenshot ready before you leave the aircraft.

After showing this QR code, then you get directed to Immigration. There is an APEC lane to the extreme right if you qualify. Other than that you are in with Other Nationalities. The length of this queue will depend on the day and the other flights arriving around your time.

The bags are not speedy in Manila so there is still a good chance you will beat your bags to the carousel. If you can travel without checked bags that will make your airport exit smoother.

The customs declaration is only required if you have something to declare. If you are going green lane then that piece of paper is not required.
