I am only 183cm and actively avoid row 23 on that aircraft for flights over 3 hours.

However, yes, the bulkheads have much more room for feet in business.

I totally agree when travelling in the QF A330 economy cabin, but this tread is specifically about business class cabin, which has some different "measurements" when it comes to to bulkhead seating accommodations.

Talking about the front row in J. Can’t comment on the Y seats.
Last time in Y on QF a330 was 2016 and had the exit row.
