Premium Economy to LAX - Bulkhead Seat?

I ticked over to gold today on Velocity and noticed on my upcoming flight to the US I can select row 10 in PE, where I could not before.

Is it worth selecting a seat in row 10?

IMHO if over 5'4" then - no! Go for row 11 aisle ...
