Was looking for flights from SYD-PER for redemption in May '15; and noticed that for every day searched (May 01 - 15); QF 575 and 583 had no J seats for redemption. I know from previous history that QF 583 usually has heaps of J seats for redemption, compared to the more popular QF 571 that leaves 2 hours prior.
Curious, I searched PER-SYD for J seats, and lo and behold; QF 568 (dep: 0005) and QF 580 (dep: 1220) also have no J seats for redemption on the same days searched.
Based on this;
QF 583 arrives in PER at 2200ish and I presume leaves at 0005 as QF 568
QF 575 arrives in PER at 1000ish, most likely turning around as QF 580 at 1220
**Also, makes sense to have a flat-bed service on the red-eye service.
Call me delusional ... but is something fishy is going on here? (apologies if this has been brought up already)
