The Strategic Insights Manager is responsible for the development of high impact customer insights related to customer behaviours across and within the various group businesses. Based on these insights and in collaboration with Qantas Group stakeholders, this role is responsible for the identification of opportunities to increase customer engagement and profitability through improvements to the airline loyalty program.
