We're all experts in the loyalty game, so are any AFFs up for it?

The Strategic Insights Manager is responsible for the development of high impact customer insights related to customer behaviours across and within the various group businesses. Based on these insights and in collaboration with Qantas Group stakeholders, this role is responsible for the identification of opportunities to increase customer engagement and profitability through improvements to the airline loyalty program.

Can I add ... QF Internet, QF Gas & electricity, QF insurance, QF lottery tickets (oops that would be that pesky J/F award), QF home delivered meals, QF streaming IPTV, QF sleepwear ... Heck everything could be QF branded in some way or another.

Actually, to be fair perhaps that's why they're getting a manager. Hope they come up with some good stuff.
 
Looking at the ad, I know of a person who is qualified to do this role. She used to do a lot of customer insight data analysis for telco companies. However I haven't seen her in ages.

A lot of people say that about my job too (even to my face :), and I happen to really like it.

The trouble lies in finding someone who will really be suited for a given position in a job market where so many people will claim to be (possibly as one of several interviews on the same day).
 
First strategic insight may be to not annoy your loyal customers with a dysfunctional and appallingly set out website and claims of promotional fares and products that don't link or seem to actually exist.

The reversed photo is a ripper.

Good idea. Maybe we can save QF a few bob and all post our strategic insights here.
