Points disappeared [or Don't check on Weekends]

Points are based on the US dollar as far as I'm aware.

So depending on the exchange rate on the day you checkout the base rate will always vary. Unless of course your stays are in the US at the same rate...

That'd explain it, makes sense!

As another data points - my points all look OK atm.

Well.. it's gone, again ;)

At least this time there is a maintenance message....

My points from a recent stay (last week) credited within a few days but when logging in today, they are gone. Now says '0' earned. It is the weekend though! Hopefully they will return!

I don't understand why HH points disappear on weekend for some people. Yes I now website undergoes constant maintenance but that still does not explain HH points disappearing.

Nearly every weekend I log on and something is missing or displaying wrong. I now know not to use the HHonors website on a weekend!!!

This thread prompted me to log on and check. My points etc. are there, but I diod see this:

Well, I also still have my points.
But I made a couple of reservations this morning and even though they show up on my reservations page, I have not yet received an email confirmation.
(I only had the 'Maintenance in Progress" message with no further info).

Well, the maintenance message is gone and everything appears to be back to normal!
