It is in now way unique to the airline industry! Must be taught at all management schools. Its a core component of Management 101.I always find it amusing when the term 'loyalty' is mentioned. Basically, loyalty is something that senior management seem to expect, but which they never give. It is only a one way street.
What school of management does that come from?
