Now is there a great steakhouse in Perth where you take your own drinks?

How is upgrade success rate for last at DT anybody know? How do Dt treat Diamonds re brekky?
Any intel on DT Perth's attitude to honouring Diamond benefits if booking made via 3rd party?
Edit: A quick call to DT and answer over phone is NO.
Extra Edit: I have never ever used HH pts to redeem a booking - is 22K / nt at DT fair value? Room rate / nt = $170 + 1.5% CC fee
Time for another Perth visit so hotel needs to be sourced:
- DT has no EL so kinda rules that out
- IC now quarantine hotel so that counts it out
- QT might be option
- HH Pamelia has EL but I have never stayed there but I kinda thought reports are it is a bit soulless
Anything I am missing that has decent views - not interested in Burswood Hotels - TIA
We did a staycation at the Como Treasury Building back in August.
It has the best hard and soft product of hotels that we have stayed at in Perth (admittedly we haven't stayed at crown Towers or the Ritz) though views are not really a feature.
There is no lounge but the food and beverage options in the complex are comprehensive. If you enjoy fine dining degustation then Wildflower is the best available in Perth.
I haven't stayed at the Hilton Parmelia since the refurb but it looks to be a significant improvement and we have received suite upgrades on our previous stays a HH Diamond so will definitely stay again when it is convenient.
