It's a sunny day in PER so it's the first time I feel like I'm stuck in the lounge...

Can't make the dinner tonight. With sick parents in Mandurah. Enjoy some beef pho at the Viet restaurant...

I'll be the one hobbling along, thought it was a good idea to fit a quick game of hockey in yesterday and came out with a nice swollen and bruised ankle.

So did it happen - photos or we'll never know? Pity to have missed it and the AFL result was a bit of a surprise.
 
Great to catch up with old friends and new, a pleasant evening was had and some good conversation.

Also good to see Cove and Mrs Cove again, and meet Kirstyoz.
 
Even the subject of QF Platinum flyers sense of entitlement came up. So you can see you missed out JohnM.
We were lucky with parking in William Street as parking in Northbridge Perth can get difficult.
Really good to see kirstyoz and Todd for the first time.
Mrscove was seeing GarrettM in person for the first time.
The thing about AFF get togethers is we come from a truly diverse range of occupations.
Flashback was hobbling so I hope Biofreeze eases the pain of another field hockey ankle injury. He flies back to London today. Safe travels Flashback.
 
QF WP I never do photos nor does Mrscove.
Flashback didn’t look like he could run a 4 minute mile so Mrscove drove him home.
I went the soup and the satay and I was pleased the meal wasn’t laced with mouth burning hot stuff.

Not sure what's happening with CX, the seat map is showing the bulkhead aisle seat as no longer blocked (it was blocked until Sunday morning), yet still won't let me select it online. Have been on hold for 42 minutes now trying to get through and get the change made. I could do with having space to elevate the leg a bit.

I had bulkhead for both flights over and have it for PER-HKG, so just the HKG-AMS to sort.
