Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I've booked too ;)
As mentioned the only option was a 3 night stay.
Currently showing at $832 per night.

Thanks for the heads up Markis10.

Think we have the basis of a small informal gathering, although the crowd in the vicinity will hardly be small!

Well we're all there for three nights (not sure if theyre the same 3) so perhaps on one of the nights before?

Will bring my PP member for a day certs so some non members can enjoy cheaper dining at least.

I also booked 3 nights (29/12-1/1) as well for 30000 points, before seeing everyone does it here.

Amazingly the room itself costs $900 per night minimum ...... Now that is value!

Now the challenge is that I have Edison Junior (1 month old now) with me, and not sure if Mrs Edison is keen on this idea. So I have no idea whether I really should go or not. If we decide not to go, I won't sell the room for $900 per night I promise. ;) I hope no one does the same

It was Markis10jrs first hotel stay when he was three months old, hotels portacot was great!

Yeah .777 stayed in his first hotel at a couple of months and will probably be in tow in this particular trip.

Does it cost extra for the port a cot?

My main worry is not the port a cot itself, but the noise on NYE around the area and as a result, screaming Edison Junior .....

There was no cost when I was there, noise will be a small issue but it tends to go quickly after midnight I suspect.

Booked two nights too in March! Had to buy some points though, still good value. Thanks for the tip.

Thank you Markis10 for another great tip. I've booked 29/12 - 01/01. If you are ever in Adelaide I'd be happy to buy you dinner.

Damn. Looks like I missed it. It changed back about two hours ago.

Quite a few FTers jumped on it as well going by their posts, so there will certainly be a good collection of like minded souls!

It will be a sizeable group.

This works really well for me given 29/12 is my wifes birthday. So get the advatage of a good place to stay for that cheap plus NYE, 2 birds with one stone!

Even at the regular points price it's amazing value for NYE. Surprised they haven't run out of points inventory for those nights yet.

I don't often have such good luck ( thanks again Markis ), but is there any chance they can say 'sorry - mistake', and try to cancel the confirmed points bookings ??
